A New ACHS Patient Portal Is Coming!

ACHS is transitioning to athenaOne, including a new Patient Portal that will make it easier to manage your healthcare online.

 

You’ll Need to Create a New Account

All patients who want Patient Portal access will need to register for a NEW account.

Your current ACHS Patient Portal account will not automatically transfer to the new system, and information from your current portal will not be available in the new portal.

Important #1: Our current Patient Portal will no longer be available starting on October 1, 2026. Before then, you can print and save any information you would like to keep for your records after October 1st, a Release of information request will need to be submitted.

Important #2: Messaging ACHS through the current Patient Portal will no longer be available after September 14, 2026.

ACHS will go live with athenaOne on September 15, 2026. Visits and health information from September 15 forward will be available through the new Patient Portal.

Simply follow the registration link above and create your new login information. You can access the portal through your web browser or download the athenaPatient app for convenient mobile access.

 

What You Can Do in the New Portal

Once registered, you’ll be able to:

  • View health information and test results
  • Send secure messages to your care team
  • View and manage upcoming appointments
  • View and pay your bill online

 

Preparing for Your Next Appointment

During our transition to athenaOne, please bring:

  • Payment for your copay at time of service
  • Your current insurance card
  • An up-to-date medication list

This will help us make sure your information is complete and accurate in the new system.

 

What About My Current Balance?

Your existing balance will not go away when we transition to athenaOne.

Because existing balances cannot automatically transfer into the new billing system, ACHS will temporarily collect payments through both our previous system and athenaOne.

Please continue making payments toward any existing balance as usual.
