It is our goal to provide you with a superior patient experience. For your convenience, we have updated our patient portal to provide you with enhanced features that will allow you quicker access to your health information. Be assured, all of your information is encrypted and stored securely.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911 or your local emergency number for immediate assistance.

Helpful ways to use your patient portal:

Health Records. View visit summaries, lab results and other documentation, helping you stay informed about your health.

Request RX Refills. Request refills and/or review your medical prescriptions, ensuring that you never run out of necessary medications. Please allow 2-3 business days for prescription refill requests to be processed.

Appointments.  View and manage your appointments.

Reply to Clinical Staff. When requested to follow up, share outcomes from an earlier conversation.

 

Do not use the patient portal for:

X Emergencies. In case of an emergency dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

X Messages that require an immediate response. Our clinical staff will respond through the portal within 2-3 business days.

X Evaluating or Treating Medical Issues. If you have a question about new or existing medical problems you MUST call to schedule an appointment.

 
Please note that records will be available through this portal for any date of service after 01/01/2024. For any records that are previous to this date, please contact ACHS and we will be happy to assist with your request.
